The Art of Speaking

In our daily activities ,talk and listen are two ways we should do. In the art of speaking we shall learn how to talk one each other, better. A merchant who sold his goods must be clever to speak . So, the customer must be proud and glad to buy. The same way for teacher ,dean, Pastor, Ustad, Monk as well for the good listener. We shall differentiate between "clever to speaking" and "too much speaking". The clever one or who remind the art of speaking is not too much speaking, certainly. In fact, too much speaking is not clever . Formal Communication Formal communication means in a formal way when speaking in general people. Example, ceremon, teaching, speech and giving seminary. There are some points when you want to be the clever one : a. Prepare all as well as possible After choosing the best topic that you'll tell,look for many information as well as possible about them. Try it, develop and add the interesting story that depends to the topic that you'll tell . The best preparation will make you calm and more confidence to tell it. b. Watch the key of the preparation it means the way that is used to speak, include: 1. Tell the topic sistematics and clearly Tell it step by step , Avoid the complicated explaination and strange vocabulary which is not understood by people. 2. Getting good capability by using oral speaking. If you are speaker, try to master grammar well.Having good articulation and pronounciation, watch the ritme and intonation. Tell the monotons will make it bored. Don't take the useless klise like"right??", "A...", Gonna....wannaaa... ain't exc. 3. Body languange Body languange is important, stand up and focus in front of people, act and create yours like jerkingshoulder, hand even head or step forward your feet if you need it for clearance of. These will make your speech fresh and running. Act your friendly face expression when you tell and speech. Don't be shy, sullenly and unspirit. If everything that you tell and enclose with your spirit and smile ( fresh face) , certainly audience and even listener are . 4.Capability to create refreshing Telling a story of speech that's able to create audience or listener laugh even getting relaxation. Joke and fun story are created exactly related to the topic of speech These will create audience or listener enjoyable and unstrained. But, remind don't begin yours by joke (homor), because the audience is not effected to you and your performance, so it will. 5. Personality There are people who have charisma or enchantment, but the main one that make speaker unbored and better is personality include,' prudence, wisdom, braveness, calmly, explicity, and modesty. Audience/listeners who are going to know that someone who speech in front of them is having bad personality willdecrease their motivation to listen what speaker said. That's why you should aweken the giant in yourself that you are the best, so you should get you honorary by people(audience and listeners)."Honorary is better than wealth , loved is better than gold and silver". Informal communication it means unformal one, like daily communication . By the daily communication , you are able to make better relationship with other, meanwhile through communication you are able to be worse exactly. So far so long which communication with other is especially orally becomes unefectively and even create others uninterested because we didn't know how to make better communication . There are some points that we have to see as well : a. Respectful in conversation People who understand the art of speaking shall see respectful in conversation/dialogue.Worse, conversation will break, bore, and even hate. Consider the following habit those are important in dialogue/conversation, 1. Interupting dialogue In "egospeak" book ,someone who always interupts dialogue is egoist and unpatient.He wants to tell his mind and opinion without respects others. Be patient until others finish to talk. We should learn other more important and give precedence to. Be modesty and think other better. 2. Don't talk continuosly In every dialogue , people get right and chance to tell opinion. Never think that yours is better than theirs. Remember , when other wants to tell something , don't try to be better because you should be bored and resent . Never feel glad when people or others around you and just say...Oh,,,yeahhh!!!!, "","greate", Oh....!!!when you talk countinuously. Talking to much is worse. Because more words m,ore useless. 3. Never act to know everything How clever you are and how good you conception , you must not know everything yet.Although you know more , keep modesty and don't try to be arrogant because of too much explaination.Talk each other , share information are effective to increase you relations and don't try to be better of course. Act modesty as better when you tell something that you know , so , you are not concepted as"braggart". 4. Never tell your own intensity Watch up when you tell your intensity and you family's success.Maybe you don't want to, but remember others have own opinion and mind.Although you must tell them, tell what ever extent neccesary and be calm. 5.Never talk just for one When talking each other , show your words to everyone in the conversation . If you are focus to talk just for one , others will feel ignored .This will make the gate of the problem and create dissension. 6. Never take strange or traditional languange It means you should take the languange that is understood by everyone around you . If you you do this , others will consider to talk with you and think twice and think you talk about them.Learn to understand others felling due to be not hate and suspected. So, you shall keep calm. If you do them you'll be the happy one in the world that have modesty and respectful.
